General Questions
Are there any prerequisites for taking Touch English and Go online courses?

A good standard of English is required for participation in any of our courses.
Learners without at least a level 3 on the ICAO rating scale are also welcome to enroll but should be aware that they may be at a disadvantage if their English language proficiency is of a comparable level.

Are online courses easier than classroom courses?

No, they follow the same curriculum as classroom courses. Online courses allow you to study at your best convenience, i.e. after a working day.

Do I have to purchase any books? Are there any outside materials used?

No, you do not have to purchase any books or other outside material. Everything that you need to complete the course is online.

How long does it take to complete Touch English and Go courses?

Each individual Touch English and Go course has a defined duration. Depending on the course you choose, and on your availability to work on the program, it can take anywhere from a couple of hours to the maximum time allotted to complete.

When can I start?

After the registration process and payment is done, you automatically receive an e-mail containing your login and password. Your Touch English and Go online course is then immediately available.

What can I expect from my online tutor?

Touch English and Go courses are facilitated by our specialized English teachers. The role of your online tutor is to provide you support by monitoring your course activities and by personally answering all your questions within 8 hours (from Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm CET).

How much time do I have to study each week?

That entirely depends on you and the time you have available to work on your course.

Do I need to be online at specific times?

As we have students from all over the world, our courses can be accessed 24/7, whenever it is convenient for you.
No physical attendance is required for our online courses.

Are there assignments?

Touch English and Go courses are presented as a mix of theory and practical reading and listening exercises. There are no writing assignments.

Do I get a Certificate on completion of an online course?

We do not award Certificates for completion of our courses but we issue a Statement of Participation upon request.

Can I take the English Language Proficiency (FCL.055/ELP) assessment remotely?

Yes, the English Language Proficiency assessment is available remotely.

What technical equipment do I need in order to attend online courses?

What you only need is a computer, a headset or speakers to head multi-media content and an internet connection.

I only have a mobile connection; can I take the online courses anyway?

Our courses can be attended by everyone who has an internet connection; it doesn’t matter of what kind. However, a broadband connection obviously facilitates listening to the audio/video files.

Which software do I need on my computer in order to attend and complete online courses without difficulties?

Depending on the course you attend, you will need:

  1. Acrobat Reader to read pdf files (Download it free)
  2. Adobe Flash
  3. Any player able to read MP3 audio files. We recommend VLC Media Player (Download it free)

What is AEPS and what does it stand for?

AEPS stands for Aviation English Private School. It is a private held company specializing in aviation English courses and accredited by the Belgian Civil Aviation Authority for the English Language Proficiency (FCL.055/ELP) test.
To improve its offer and allow all candidates to prepare for its test, AEPS has launched a series of online courses and placement tests under the name of Touch English and Go.

How much do Touch English and Go online courses cost?

Each individual Touch English and Go course has a defined price mentioned on the homepage. If you are a teacher or a tutor in a language school, please contact us for licensing options.

What is included with my online course purchase?

Enrollment in an online course includes all course resources that you need to complete the course, provided in a secure website.

What payment options do I have?

AEPS uses PayPal because it allows you to make payments using a variety of methods including: PayPal Balance, bank account, credit card, PayPal Credit, and debit card.

Will I get an invoice?

Of course! Upon confirmation of your payment via Paypal, an invoice is automatically generated and sent to your attention by e-mail.

Cancellation Policy

If you enroll but cannot participate in the online course chosen, please contact AEPS as soon as possible to fix the issue.

What happens if my course expires before I finish?

In some cases, an extension may be purchased. Please contact us

Refund Policy

AEPS does not refund online course registration fees for any reason including non-participation due to technical difficulties that are not in the control of AEPS.
